This notice is provided under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") to inform you about the personal data processed through fenext.tech. As a Turkey-based company, Fenext is governed by KVKK rather than GDPR; this page summarizes that notice in English for international visitors.
fenext.tech is operated by Fennaver Eğitim Teknoloji ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. ("Fenext", the "Company"), acting as the data controller under KVKK.

To prevent abuse and spam, your IP address is held briefly in server memory only; it is not persisted or stored in a database.
Site usage statistics are collected via Umami, a cookie-free analytics tool we self-host. This data (pages viewed, referrer, device/browser type, approximate location) is tied to an anonymous identifier that resets daily and does not directly reveal your identity.
The site has no user accounts, memberships, payments, or online purchases, so no personal data is collected in that context.
Responding to inquiries submitted via the contact form and sharing information/proposals,
Managing potential business relationships and client communication,
Preventing spam and abuse, maintaining site security,
Improving service quality through anonymous usage analytics,
Complying with legal obligations.
Your personal data is processed on the basis of KVKK Article 5/2 ("processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms"), and, specifically for the contact form, on the explicit consent you give when submitting it.
Information you submit through the contact form is delivered to the Company's [email protected] inbox via Resend, an email delivery provider hosted outside Turkey (United States). This transfer relies on the explicit consent you provide under KVKK Article 9.
Your data is not shared with, sold to, or used for marketing by any other third party.
Messages submitted via the contact form are kept in our email inbox for a reasonable period to respond to your request and manage any resulting business relationship; they are not stored in a separate database. Data is deleted upon your request, subject to any applicable legal retention obligations.
The Company takes appropriate technical and administrative measures to prevent unlawful processing of and access to your personal data, and to ensure its safekeeping.
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about such processing; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set out in KVKK Article 7; request that any correction or deletion be notified to third parties your data was transferred to; object to a result arising against you from analysis conducted exclusively through automated systems; and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
